Samsung Galaxy Tab To Tip the Tablet Market

It’s official- say goodbye to Apple’s tablet PC monopoly and say hi to the new competitor on the block- the Samsung Galaxy Tab! Samsung is apparently the latest mobile manufacturer to jump into the Tablet PC bandwagon and with their new brainchild, the Samsung Galaxy Tab - the face of the tablet PC arena might just change a whole lot.

It has been several months since the Apple iPad was freed from its cage and sooner than we thought, it has already sold almost three million units in its first few weeks. Now that Samsung is about to unleash their front-runner tablet PC, the whole mobile arena has been looking forward to the big clash. You can pick up this tablet from phone comparison sites like Best Mobile contracts.

A 7-inch screen with full-touch functionality (TouchWiz) and a 1GHz processor on its background- it would surely give the other competitors a real competition in the market. To top it off, it runs on a Google Android OS making it more appealing to the users as it has more chances of being tweaked and modified with apps and all that stuff.

Pretty much Samsung has wisely designed their Samsung Galaxy Tab based on what other tablet PCs are lacking. One for example is Apple iPads lack of a camera feature- they responded not only by adding a 3 megapixel camera on the rear part but also made it more classy by adding a front facing camera which can be used for video calls. Yes- you just heard it right, Samsung Galaxy Tab will allow you to make calls- thought it may be a bit awkward to talk to someone with a 7 inch tablet beside your ear.

Connectivity wise, it can connect with WiFi 802.11n frequency making it acquire more decent signals than other devices. It is also embedded with Bluetooth 3.0 which many mobile phones do not have yet to date as well as 3G connectivity.

The best thing about the Samsung Galaxy Tab which I believe many people will look after is the Adobe Flash 10.1 support. Perhaps every tablet PC enthusiast would drop anything their holding upon hearing that but true enough, Samsung has finally realized the dream tablet PC which many users are looking forward to. Now browsing can be much simpler and easier with the Adobe Flash Plug-in Support of the Samsung Galaxy Tab. No frills, no non-sense- just pure and optimized browsing experience.

Downloading apps with this tablet-PC bomb would be easy as it uses the Google Android OS, and there are pretty much a lot of Android Apps available in the market, and surely- more will be available with the anticipated release of this one.

We can’t deny that Samsung Galaxy Tab might, upon release, become a Jack-of-All Trades in terms of usability and features since it offers a lot of improvements in terms of entertainment, browsing, multimedia and connectivity.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab is expected to be released on a later quarter of this year but the buzz that has been created since Samsung’s official announcement has already made tablet PC aficionados a lot thriftier, and Tablet PC competitors on the defence stance as it would definitely paint the Tablet PC Market a new face and set forth a more competitive direction.
